Ulysses Vazquez II
As the General Contractor, Mr. Vazquez oversees the entire operations of Edgewater Construction Group, Inc. A pioneer of the South Florida construction force since 1992, he specializes in housing construction projects and commercial construction, including but not limited to historical restoration requiring compliance with strict federal guidelines as well as disaster relief expertise and structural repairs.
1992 became a pivotal year in Mr. Vazquez’s career. It would set into motion the events that would later shape him into a well-versed contractor and allow him to develop Edgewater Construction Group into a proven leader in the industry. The overwhelming disaster caused by Hurricanes Hugo and Andrew created multiple opportunities for Mr. Vazquez to cultivate a versatile background in new construction and restoration, as he played a role in rebuilding in the wake of the devastations.
Prior to 1992, Mr. Vazquez excelled as a Public Insurance Adjuster with the State of Florida. It was this experience, in addition to the determination to grow and succeed, which forged the strong foundation that makes Edgewater Construction Group what it is today.
